Had sewer connection from house to street scoped and diagnosed with a sag just past the house, before it drops into a sharp slope. This was causing an intermittent backup. Joel arrived a little early, allowed me to haver and ask questions while he scoped the line and told me how I could fix it myself, if I choose to.
